This is the first post in a series of articles called “managing complex sales projects in technology markets” which will appear on this blog irregularly during the year of 2007. Consider it as a collection of best practices in selling technology in competitive markets.
With 2006 having been a very exciting year, there will be some minor changes to what and how I will constantly add my ideas and opinions to this site. First of – as you are reading this – I will feature more English language articles as they both keep getting requested and just naturally result from my business environment.
I will start of with a series of sales oriented articles I am currently writing on around “managing complex sales projects in technology markets” which talk about how sales processes can be easily implemented and maintained to make sales easier to forcats and more controllable.
